Voting centers for the Eleventh Jatiya Sangsad election of Lakshmipur Sadar were visited by the Upazila Election Officer for information on whether the polling centers of eleven parliamentary elections are infrastructural, suitable for election.

*** Distribution center selection of Smart National ID card ****

Lakhmipur Sadar Upazila voters were selected for the distribution of smart national identity cards and all informal officials were informed.

First Step: Collection of information

 Primary stage
- A primary assessment of the total number of voters based on the previous voter's list is based on the area.
- Based on this estimation, the number of Assistant Registration Officers, one Supervisor for 5 information collectors and an information collector for 300-400 voters.
- Make people aware using various media during the recruitment process.
- Forming various committees for strengthening coordination by involving representatives of Local Representatives, Local Administration, Civil Society etc.
- For publication of information related to area-based data entry operators, Team Leader etc., notification of receipt, application received, examinations and their recruitment.
- Form-2 print and distribution for data collection.
- Register register for information collector, create voter slip and buy stamp pad. Transfer of goods to the District Election Officer.
- To arrange for voters to vote in the special system of jail.

Middle stage
- Providing 1 day Orientation to Assistant Registration Officers.
- 3 days training for supervisors and data collectors.
- Training of 3 to 10 days for data entry operators and team leaders.
- Providing Form-2 and other goods to the information collectors.
- At least 7-10 days before the start of the photograph, the information collector has to go to the house building and collect information at Form-2. Collected detailed information about serious sick and detainees and registered with the registrar.
